1. Load unpacked extension and verify popup opens.
2. Open full workspace and test drag/drop.
3. Test PDF Info without backend.
4. Configure backend and call health endpoint in browser.
5. Merge two PDFs.
6. Split/extract a page range.
7. Rotate and reorder pages.
8. Compress a PDF and compare file size/visual quality.
9. Test Office→PDF if LibreOffice exists.
10. Test OCR if Tesseract supports the uploaded input type.
11. Configure an AI webhook and test summary/translate/ask.
12. Verify unsupported engine-dependent operations show a clear capability error.
13. Re-test in a fresh Chrome profile.
14. Verify there are no console CSP errors.
15. Remove backend installer before production deployment.
